EV Portal - What's New (19th March 2024)

Introducing Business Overview, bringing clarity on your network performance

Thanks to the valuable input and feedback from our customers, we are excited to introduce a new way to present your essential information with Business Overview which allows you to see at a glance how your network is performing and to quickly take any necessary actions.

To enhance the user experience, each user is granted specific rights to access and explore the overview.
This means that, depending on the user rights, they have the ability to apply various filters to refine the information and obtain precise results.

With this first Beta version,  we provides an overview about following data
  1. Energy consumption: the total energy consumed by the charge stations
  2. Occupancy rate: the percentage of occupancy of the charge stations
  3. Sessions: the total count of charging sessions
Additional datas, like revenues will be addded in next phases following the same dashboard architecture.
The data is displayed at tenant and CPO level, and it is aggregated based on user permissions. This help users to have a overview on the assets that the control.

Depending on the user rights, users have the ability to apply various filters to refine the information and obtain precise results.
  1. CPO: Users can filter the data based on the specific CPO (Charge Point Operator) they are interested in. User should be able to have access to the CPO to be able to filter data based on it
  2. Time period: Users can select a specific time frame to analyze the data, allowing for in-depth comparisons and trend analysis.
  3. Type: Users can categorize the charging sessions based on the type, whether it is for public, business, or home use.
  4. Power: Users can choose to filter the charging sessions based on the power source, whether it is AC (Alternating Current), DC (Direct Current), or both.
  5. State: Users have the option to filter the charging sessions based on their publication status, whether they are published or unpublished.
By offering these filter options, users can customise their experience and extract meaningful insights from the Business overview, empowering them to make informed decisions and optimise their charging operations.
