Placing an Order

When placing a new order for sim cards:

- If you are a GreenFlux Customer, you can submit your request via GreenFlux Support Portal Account (requires account login)
- If you are a manufacturer or third party provider, please also use the Support Portal. If you don’t have access, please reach out to support@greenflux.com

Your request will create a ticket which will then be handled by the GreenFlux Support team. For urgent requests, please inform your Customer Success Manager.

Order Quantity

Tele2 provides sim cards in boxed batches of 50 sims per box. Therefore, the minimum amount to be processed in each order would be of 50 sim cards (regardless of their type).
Orders have a maximum quantity (varying on the sim card type itself) that can be quickly accommodated upon request.
All orders which exceed the limits described below will require the internal approval at GreenFlux.

- 2FF-Mini Sim cards can reach a maximum of 500 units requested without requiring authorisation.
- 3FF-Micro & 4FF-Nano Sim cards can reach a maximum of 250 units requested before requiring authorisation.

Please note that it has been also agreed with our supplier that once the maximum quantities described above has been reached, Tele2 will send such orders directly to the customer without having to reach the GreenFlux office first.
Such service will only be available, as mentioned, once each sim card type's maximum quantity has been requested. For any orders not reaching those figure, orders will be processed from the GreenFlux stock.

Sim Card Management and Processing

Sim card orders can be requested directly by customers or, as an exception, through manufacturers such as Alfen.
However this should be clearly specified in the sim card request form, with clear mention to whom these sim cards are to be assigned to.

Until then, the aforementioned sim cards will remain under the Stock GreenFlux account within the Tele2 admin platform.
Once it has been specified the destination/customer receiver of each order, GreenFlux Support  team will assign the batches to the corresponding customer's account before dispatching.

If the order in question exceeds the maximum internal processing quantity - and is therefore, being dispatched directly from the supplier - the process will remain the same.
GreenFlux Support team will receive the ICCIDs from the batch in question beforehand and will proceed to assign it to the corresponding account prior to delivery.
